Designo R7 Top-third pivot roof window
Beautiful views are best enjoyed standing upright. For this reason, in comparison to conventional centre-pivot roof windows, the Roto Designo R7 top-third pivot roof window's rotation axis is positioned in the top third of the window. There is minimal obtrusive sash protruding into your living space, blocking the view or creating an obstacle course on your way to the open window. True to the Roto principle: "More freedom. More comfort." Use all the top-third pivot roof window's functions easily with one handle - positioned at the bottom for better accessibility. Flat roof window
Convenient Roto roof windows in flat pitched roofs? The flat roof installation frame makes this possible. Compared to conventional light domes these open up excellent perspectives: ranging from an unobstructed view out right up to optimal ventilation, e.g. by means of RotoTronic roof windows, with integrated electrical engineering. Furthermore you can make use of the whole range of Roto sun screening accessories. The robust, thermally insulated flat roof installation frame is installed rapidly and easily. The aluminium frame upon which the window sits is included. Only the roof connection work must be carried out on site.
Roto Designo R8 - Twin roof window
The custom-made Roto Designo R8 twin roof window installation lends even more convenience, light and air to attic apartments. An ingenious butt-joint design enables an extremely narrow distance between both windows. The impression of a continuous pane of glass can be created in this manner. Within a maximum rafter distance of 2.8 metres in width, and 1.8 metres in height between the parapet and ceiling, nearly all wishes can be implemented.

Unlike a traditional centre pivot window, which when opened causes the whole of the top half of the window to protrude straight back into the living space, a Roto Series 7 window is uniquely hinged at the Top-third of the frame. Due the way a Roto Series 7 is uniquely hinged, more of the window opens outwards compared to a centre pivot window. Therefore, most the Roto Series 7 conforms to the UK regulations regarding means of escape. This is a much more cost effective solution to using other manufactures means of escape windows and the more expensive top-hung alternative.Easily Operated With Just One Handle
A Roto Series 7 window is operated by just one handle at the bottom of the window. This is an added benefit as most centre pivot windows require both a handle as well as kick bar at the top of the frame.Available in three finishes
